Fort Myers-based builder FL Star Construction has begun construction of two move-in ready single-family homes at Arrowhead Reserve, a residential community off Lake Trafford Road in Immokalee.

The Paraiso design includes three bedrooms, a den and two full baths in 1,600 air-conditioned square feet. With covered entry and two-car garage, the home has 2,098 total square feet. The 25-by-12.5-foot great room provides the centerpiece for family life. The adjacent kitchen offers breakfast counter seating and a pantry.

The great room, which measures 25 by 17 feet, opens through sliding glass doors to the back patio. The adjacent kitchen offers access to the dining space and provides additional breakfast counter seating.
The master bedroom includes a large walk-in closet and master bath with dual sinks and walk-in shower. The two guest bedrooms share access to a full bath that features a tub/shower combination. The bath also offers easy access from the great room.

The Casa Feliz is priced starting at $179,900.
“These two home are expected to be complete by January,” Hains said.
