Sapphire Cove offers a selection of eight home plans with both single-story and two-story designs, ranging from a spacious home with three bedrooms plus a study in 1,915 square feet to an expansive plan with four bedrooms and three and one-half baths in 3,178 square feet.
Designed as an intimate community, Sapphire Cove’s 30-acre site will include only 75 single-family homes on generous lots measuring 57 feet wide by 140 feet deep. The community is bordered by a preserve and is centered around a 3-acre lake fringed with native grasses and vegetation.
