FL Star Construction is offering several new home designs to be ready for a fall move-in date at Arrowhead Reserve, a community of single-family homes off Lake Trafford Road in Immokalee.”This is a good time to make a purchase,” said Gary Hains, vice president of FL Star Construction. “We have several different home designs in various stages of construction, offering buyers options to select the home that fits their lifestyle and some choices for the time they want to move in.”
Hains noted that two of the homes that will be available are the company’s newest design — the Fantasia. The Fantasia is the first four-bedroom home created especially for Arrowhead Reserve.
The Fantasia includes four bedrooms and two full baths in 1,638 air-conditioned square feet. With lanai, covered entry and two-car garage, the home encompasses 2,273 total square feet under roof.
An open design great room plan, the island kitchen separates the family living space and dining area. The master bedroom includes a generous walk-in closet and a private bath with twin vanities, a walk-in shower and linen closet. There are also two homes under construction utilizing variations of the Casa Feliz design. One version includes a den, while the other is a basic great room design.
The Casa Feliz includes three bedrooms and two full baths in 1,473 sqaure feet. With a two-car garage and entry way accented with four columns, the Casa Feliz encompasses 1,975 total square feet.

The great room, kitchen and breakfast nook offer an open concept living space. Double doors lead from the great room to the private study. A private retreat at the back of the home, the master bedroom offers two walk-in closets and a bath with dual vanities, a walk-in shower and private water closet. Two guest bedrooms and a full bath are at the front of the home.
The Fiesta is priced starting at $199,900.
New home designs available within Arrowhead Reserve range from 1,297 air-conditioned square feet and 1,711 total square feet to 1,765 air-conditioned square feet and 2,505 total square feet. Three-bedroom and four-bedroom designs are available.
