FL Star Continues Cape Coral Expansion with New Maravilla Model

FL Star is constructing a new Maravilla design home as the company continues its expansion into the Cape Coral market.

“The design is a contemporary split floor plan, with an open seamless living space,” said Gary Hains, spokesman for FL Star. “It is a versatile design that accommodates the lifestyle of families, empty nesters or professionals.”

The Maravilla offers three bedrooms plus a study and two baths in 1,915 air-conditioned square feet. With two-car garage, covered lanai and covered entry, the home has a total of 2,656 square feet under roof.

Two guest bedrooms open off a private hallway near the front of the home and share access to a full bath. The master suite is located on the opposite side of the home. The master suite includes two walk-in closets and a private bath with double vanity, large walk-in shower and private water closet. The den is conveniently located off the great room.

The Maravilla is priced from the low $400,000s. For more information, contact Jim Borden, FL Star sales professional, at 239.451.8153, email  jim@fl-star.com.
