With the first models complete and the clubhouse nearing completion, developers have opened sales at Sapphire Cove, a new residential community being developed off Collier Boulevard in South Naples.

“It is exciting to unveil this new community in the vibrant area of South Naples,” said David E. Torres, developer and principal in FL Star. “Sapphire Cove is particularly suited to the lifestyles of both family-oriented and active adults who will enjoy all of the activities that are available in this most desirable area as well as the pleasures of an intimate community.”

When complete, the 30-acre site of Sapphire Cove will include only 75 single-family homes on generous lots measuring 57 feet wide by 140 feet deep. The community is bordered by a preserve and is centered around a 3-acre lake fringed with native grasses and vegetation.

Each home includes the most desirable interior finishes, such as granite countertops, undermount sinks and stainless steel appliances. A swimming pool is available as an option. State-of-the-art construction and attention to detail by FL Star Construction assures each home is of the highest quality.

“The Cedar Key is being shown as a furnished model to give future residents a sample of the quality of our homes as well as the options available to them,” Torres said. “The home features a contemporary open floor plan with a spacious great room, dining area and island kitchen, perfect for family life or entertaining guests.”

The Cedar Key includes three bedrooms plus a study and three full baths and a powder room, which doubles as a pool bath. The Cedar Key has 2,619 square feet of air-conditioned living space and with two-car garage and covered lanai, the home encompasses 3,535 total square feet.

“We have additional homes that are move-in ready, providing visitors to the community a sampling of other home styles that area available within Sapphire Cove,” Torres said.

The heart of Sapphire Cove activity will be the community clubhouse, where neighbors may gather to enjoy a rigorous workout in the state-of-the-art fitness center, challenging yoga or a refreshing swim in the resort-style pool.

“The location of Sapphire Cove offers residents an abundance of enrichment and educational opportunities in addition to those on site,” Torres said. “Nearby Serenity Park and the Collier Boulevard bike trail provide options for the outdoor enthusiast. The 80-acre campus of Florida Southwestern State College is just down the road, where residents may take a course or simply enjoy sports or a performance.
