The two guest bedrooms, one of which features a bowed window, share access to the second bath, which includes a tub/shower combination. There is a laundry room within the home.
These Paraiso design homes are priced at $189,900, and are available for quick occupancy. One site offers a view of oak trees.
New home designs within Arrowhead Reserve range from a three-bedroom, two-bath home with 1,297 air-conditioned square feet and 1,711 total square feet to a three-bedroom plus den, two-bath design with 1,600 air-conditioned square feet and 2,098 total square feet. Built by FL Star Construction, home prices begin at $168,900, among the lowest in the area for new home construction.
Arrowhead Reserve is an active community with low HOA fees and amenities that include a clubhouse and pool exclusively for the use of residents in the single-family homes.
