FL Star, a Southwest Florida real estate development and management group, has announced that the company has reeived permits for nine new homes to be built in Golden Gate Estates.

Torres, developer and principal in Lord’s Way 30 LLC. “This community will complement the residential neighborhoods and commercial entities that are making this part of Naples a vibrant and most desirable area.”

Sapphire Cove is designed to appeal to a mixture of family-oriented and active adult lifestyles. Planned amenities will include a community clubhouse and a resort-style swimming pool. Approximately 3.5 acres of the property are being set aside as a nature preserve in addition to a lake of about the same size.

Construction of homes is expected to begin late this year. The property is part of the Hacienda Lakes Community Development District and is accessed via the Lord’s Way, approximately ½-mile east of Collier Boulevard.
